Single-block wrapping machine

• LDPE Shrink Flat film reels; max. W 680 mm. ext. Diam. 350 mm;
• Thickness from 35 to 100 my;
• In-feed motorized belt conveyor at 90 degrees 1,5 m. L. connected to a pre-assembling pneumatic pusher controlled by inverter, driving the product into the tunnel by a motorized net;
• Sealing hot bar 700 mm. pneumatically driven with security system;
• Thermo-regulator to control sealing bar temperature (m/c doesn't work in automatic if it doesn't reach the proper temp);
• Security magic eye to stop the bar when products remaining;
• Maximum product height 380 mm;
• Video-acoustic alarm for film breackage, ending and not sealing;
• Pneumatic pressing package after sealing;
• Out-feed motorized belt conveyor 400 mm. controlled from Inverter
• Automatic top and bottom reels unwinding;
• Extractable bottom reel trolley for easy loading;
• Shrinking tunnel 1.500 mm. L; opening passage 600x400 mm. H.
  
• Insulated with mineral wool & heated by 6x3500 W armoured res.
• Forced ventilation and recycle of the air;
• External adjustment of the air inside the tunnel chamber;
• Temperature adjustment by thermo-regulator with alarm (the unit works automatic only when tunnel reaches the settled temperature) 
  
• Metal net conveyor belt, driven by motor-reducer;
• Pre-switching OFF bottom (when the tunnel cools below 80 deg. the m/c stops completely automatically);
• Control panel incorporated onto the side of the machine frame;
• Siemens PLC and OP7 Display for parameters setting and trouble shooting are standard fitted;
• Installed power of 24 Kw;
