Case Sealers Introduction

They apply a strip of self-adhesive tape on top and bottom carton flaps.
|
|
|
|
SEMI-AUTOMATIC
|
|
They need an operator for following operations:
- Top carton flaps folding only after having fulfilled the carton box
- Carton box insertion in the machine, so that it will be transported and sealed simultaneously.
|
|
|
|
| They are divided in two different categories: |
|
|
Manual adjustment on height and width of the boxes by handles (the box length is not relevant).
Suggested in case series not lower than 30/40 cartons of the same sizes are used.
|
 |
|
|
|
Random size adjustment on height and width of the boxes by pneumatic sensors (the box length is not relevant).
Suggested in case cartons of different sizes alternating themselves are used.

|
|
|
CARTON SIZES to be sealed by standard machines:
Length – Width – Height (l x h x w)
Min. 150 – 105 – 60 mm
Max. Without limit – 900 – 900 mm

Spool external diameter: 370 mm – around 1.000 mts according to the thickness

MOTORISED DRIVING BELTS FOR AVAILABLE CARTONS
Only bottom for stable cartons, having a weight between 2 and 15 Kg
Top & bottom for every carton, having a weight between 1 Kg and 30 Kg
Side for not too heavy cartons and/or light and middly stable (proper for small sizes)
