The F105 is a semi-automatic case erector designed and manufactured by SIAT to fold the bottom flaps of boxes and push them through a semi-automatic fixed-format case sealer. It supports manual filling by operators while significantly reducing packing time. The machine folds the bottom flaps of boxes manually placed by an operator, resulting in a 50% time-saving. Once the bottom flaps are folded, the boxes are kept in a vertical position for the filling process. Subsequently, the boxes are driven toward a case sealer by a pneumatic pusher to be sealed with adhesive tape.
