What is a Flexographic Cliché?

A flexographic cliché is a flexible printing plate used in flexographic printing machines to transfer ink onto different materials such as films, paper and packaging substrates.

The cliché is made from photopolymer material and engraved with the desired graphics, logos or text. During the printing process, it is mounted onto a printing cylinder and inked through an anilox roller, ensuring precise and consistent ink transfer.
